My iPod 4 running iOS 6.1.6 does not show FaceTime anywhere. Not in contacts, settings, spotlight search, or in the home screen. I looked in restrictions and facetime is turned on But the app is nowhere to be seen. Can someone please help me! I need a solution!

    Was FT present before?

Where was the iPod officially marked for sale for?

FT is prohibited in some middle eastern countries and can't be made to appear even when the device is used in another location.

If the iPod is supposed to have FT then try:

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
