Q: My sons Apple password is locked and he can't receive emails plus he can't remember his security info - how can he set his password? He knows his Apple ID. We are stuck!
My son knows his Apple ID but has forgotten his password. He wants to reset the password but cannot receive emails at present as it says he needs his Apple ID and password to get emails! He has also forgotten his security information so we are stuck - can anyone help?
