Q: iPhone 6s not saving pictures

I Recently replaced my iphone and had to retrieve everything from my iCloud onto the new phone. The phone is updated to the iOS 9.3.2. Everything was retrieved except for my pictures, I also noticed my phone is not saving any form of pictures to my Photos Folder. Wether I take a screenshot, receive a picture from a text and try so save it, or even take a picture with my phone it is not saving them. When  I take a picture and click on it to view at the bottom left, once I'm in that screen all options from the one in the top right that says "all Photos" as well as the trash can simbol and the edit option are all not accessible.

Could someone please guide me on how to solve this issue. Thank you!
