Q: is my apple id still compromised?

     This happen last month i got a notification on my iphone that someone try to sign in from X city -not my city (my state). So i change my password on my iphone and when i got home i try to sign in to appleid.apple.com from the browser of my macbook pro and a little box appear that says "your apple id is being use to sign in a device near  X city) so i click don't allow - don't change password. I send a code to my iphone to log in to my account but nothing appear out of the ordinary.  but when i go now to security my security question don't appear idk if it's because i try to answer them a while ago and got them wrong and i was not allowed to try again .

     I needed to update my payment information but because of someone trying to sign in i decided not to update the info so now i can't download app from the app store until i update the info. So today just to make sure my account is safe from my macbook i when to setting-iclound and change my password and when i try to sign in in my other things it  say someone trying to sign in using my apple id (my devices, iphone,ipad) from X city. I don't know if my account is hack or apple is not getting the right city.
