My iPhone was acting up and I believe the software is corrupted. I have not jailbroken this phone nor was i going to, but the tech support said to reset the network settings so i did and now after that my phone wont let me activate it again which is weird because it wasnt deactivated before. so it just keeps telling me that the activation servers are down but they are up. Should i follow up with Verizon about this issue? Please respond ASAP!!!!!!

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2
