I cannot be helped as I have been hacked.

My iPhone has been hacked and I cannot restore as I cannot get to settings to turn off find my phone. Could someone there please help. I called yesterday, was instructed to simply update software and was told it would be fixed. What do I do. If you give me your email I can send you a video of what is going on. For now I've added it to my YouTube account.

You haven't been hacked - your iPhone screen is cracked as the video clearly shows!

The scene is registering 'false touches' almost certainly because of the cracked screen. I suggest you take your device to an Apple store for a screen replacement, they may be able to replace it so that you can login. If you go to a non-Apple service centre for a replacement screen you may find that TouchID stops working - only use an official Apple service. It is not clear what model you have.

If you ask for help via Apple support please inform them that the screen is damaged - otherwise you are wasting their time & your own.
