FileVault and iCloud ID

I have a basic question, but can't seem to find the answer after searching for it. I have an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.5. I have FileVault enabled. My question is: Is it possible to use my iCloud/Apple ID to login to my iMac with FileVault enabled or do I have to have a local account (separate user/password) on my iMac?

When I go to Settings-Users and Groups, and click Change Password, I expected to see a dialog that would offer me to use my iCloud ID as the login for my iMac (shown below - as indicated in several articles I read). But it's just the standard dialog for changing the local password.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

so your screen shot is not yours?

I have FV disabled, this is what I get in 10.11.5

also your sig has you on 10.7.2, you might wish to change it.

Hi - thanks for replying. Yes, the screenshot I posted is what I was expecting to get. But what I get is the same screenshot you posted with no option to use iCloud as the login method for the iMac. I assumed it is because I have FileVault enabled and perhaps it must use a local account. But I'm not positive.
