Q: Music App crashing
When i open my music app on my 6 plus , and try to play a song or playlist it crashes. What should I do to resolve the issue.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! The Music app is so awesome, I understand your concern with it crashing on you when playing a song. These type of issues can vary as far as what maybe the cause. If you have not already done so, try a simple restart of your device by holding the power button and sliding to power off. Forcing the Music app can prove to be beneficial as well. To do so, double press the home button then scroll until you see the Music app. Once found slide up on the app to close it.
If this does not fix the issue, try signing out of your iTunes then signing back in. If all else fails, backing up the iPhone then restoring it to factory settings should do the trick. We want to try setting up the device as new then test the Music app to see if it will crash. You can find the steps to the procedures recommended below.
