my garageband suddenly started fading out

So i recorded three different tracks. One guitar track and two vocal tracks. I had been working on it for a bit and everything seemed fine. Then i began to mess with some settings because I wanted to put some effects on the guitar. And then I accidentally wound up clicking the 'ducker' setting. I immediately switched it off. I then went to listen back and at a certain point in the song it just starts to fade out and then goes silent and I cant hear anything for the rest of the song. I tried it with my headphones and without and I cannot hear anything. I also tried adjusting Audio/MIDI settings and that didn't do anything. I also updated my computer hoping that would help, but again.....nothing. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. I am not that great with garageband but I have been working on this project for a while and I need to finish it. Hopefully someone can help. Any help is appreciated.
