Hi
You are referring to the Astronomy watch face.
Check the following settings:
On your iPhone go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and check that:
- Location Services is enabled (top setting);
- In the list of applications beneath, check that Apple Watch Faces is set to While Using > While Using the App.
Check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both enabled on your iPhone:
- iPhone: Settings > Bluetooth - on.
- iPhone: Settings > Wi-Fi - on.
- For the best performance from your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permanently enabled on your iPhone.
Check that your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected:
- When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up on your watch face > swipe left / right to the Settings Glance > check that this states Connected and shows a green phone icon. Disable Airplane Mode if it is enabled.
It may also help to restart both your iPhone and your watch:
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
