Issue with iTunes match and song playback.

I've had issues with my PC and I had to reset to factory settings. Since doing that, I've re-downloaded iTunes and Windows 10. Luckily, I have iTunes Match and didn't lose any of my music; however, some of my songs are mis-matched.

I was listening to an album and noticed that the song title was different to the song that was actually playing (the artist was correct). In this particular album, a couple of the songs have duplicated which has resulted in me not being able to play the actual song that is named. I tried deleting and re-downloading the album, but it did it again.

On the whole, my library is okay, it just appears to be this one album (although, I haven't checked every single song - there are thousands!).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The mismatching will have likely happened on your old system, and unless you noticed it then by downloading the content from match to another device there would have been no reason for you to be aware of it. I don't think it is possible to fix it retrospectively, though you could try contacting iTunes Store support to see if there is anything they can do. Otherwise you'll need to re-rip or re-purchase.

See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy for a way to backup your library locally.
