Q: i need to cancel my ringtone subscription. i no longer have my iphone.

I had an iphone 5s which I no longer have. I need to cancel the ringtone from itunes. How do I do that so I don't continue getting charged for an itunes ring for a phone I no longer have?

iTunes ringtones are a one-time purchase item. Where are you seeing this charge? Is it on your cellular bill? If so, contact your carrier. If you've subscribed to an app through iTunes, see here:

Hi
You should only pay for a ringtone once NOT monthly ?
Go to itunes main page bottom of page apple ID click on that go to manage payments
Delete the one,s you no longer wantto subscribe to .
