Q: i forgot my account and my password in my old ipad and now i cant open it

i have all about this ipad and the package with the serial num to but im from israel and i cant talk with apple support can u help me ?

Then follow the instructions here >  If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
