iPod
Q: Cannot restore iPod touch
I am trying to restore my sons iPod which is disabled for 24,424,090 minutes.. I have tried to put into recovery mode however an error comes up telling me i need to enter the passcode for the iPod.. i cannot put the passcode in because the iPod is disabled.. hoping someone can help!!

If you are getting a prompt for the passcode, you are not getting it into Recovery Mode. See this support document for instructions on dealing with a disabled iPod. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
