I have a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee with a 8.4/RA3 version radio. My iPod is a 2nd Generation Nano (I know, but it still works). The issue I have is that when I plug my iPod into the USB port on the Jeep, all the controls work EXCEPT the playlist option. I cannot use my playlists in my Jeep. This is very frustrating to me. I will need to resort to running the iPod through the AUX port, which does not make me happy. Does anyone have any suggestions (other then getting a new iPod)?
