Q: Iphone 4 no sounds work at all

Hi,

I have a problem with my IPhone 4, the speakers & mic are not working at all, (during calls, when play music or even if try to change the ring tone). I can't record a voice (the red button is not clear). When I want to play music the phone pass from song to song then stop. I can't play videos on YouTube or any other browser. I have reset all the settings, I have tried to clean all the ducks.

I have also checked the hardware connections from inside.

Kindly advice me.

Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
Did you try to set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup?
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

If the issue is not gone after setting it back to factory settings, you'll have to visit a 3rd party repair shop to let them check the phone.
Since you have opened the phone, Apple will not service it anymore, sorry.
