Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your iPhone 6 Plus freezing since updating to iOS 9.3.2. I know how much I rely on my iPhone every day, and I'll be more than happy to help you get this resolved.
To start, let's have you force quit any open apps on your iPhone and then restart the device. Once it is on again, check to see if the issue persists. The following articles provide instructions on this process:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Prior to completing the next step, let's make sure you have a recent backup of your device. You can learn more here:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After the backup is complete, we will have you reset the settings on your device. This will not impact your personal data (e.g. pictures or apps). You will need to adjust some user-specific settings, like your wallpaper and ringtones. Do also make sure that you have your preferred Wi-Fi network names and passwords available, since this will remove those settings. As soon as your iPhone is back up and running, test it out to see if it becomes unresponsive. To perform this step, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
Finally, we would want to have you restore your iPhone to factory settings temporarily. This allows us to isolate whether this is a software or hardware issue by installing a fresh copy of iOS. As soon as the restore is complete and you've confirmed that your iPhone is behaving normally, you can restore from your backup. These articles have the information you need:
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Take care!
