Q: iTunes - There is no download button
I purchased Blackstar by David Bowie from the iTunes store, close to the death of my hero. I have listening to tracks a few times on my iPhone and other devices. I went to listen to the album again today. It is not present on any device in Music. Searching Bowie, Blackstar and individual tracks also did not find the album or songs. I have been to the store to track down the album on my iMac and iPhone and it is listed as purchased, but there is no download button, I can preview the tracks and each says "Purchased" but I am unable to download the tracks. I accept that I may have mistakenly deleted the album (how else would it have disappeared after all (?), but I am peeved that key functionality is missing or at least not clear to me.
Anyone else had similar problems? I realise now that this is not the first the this has happened to me as Bowie's China Girl video has also vanished without a trace, maybe Apple and those that now represent Bowie have fallen out.

You aren't following the instructions for redownloading : tap on More at the bottom right of the iTunes Store app, then Purchased, then Music - if the album doesn't show there check to see if you've hidden it from the cloud : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support
