My iPhone has water damage and the screen is getting weird white streaks

So I dropped my phone in the sink, which was full of water, at first it didn't work at all and just shut itself Off, but after I put it in rice for a few days and tried a couple other things it's now kind of working. i can turn it on and do everything I could normally but after a few seconds it starts getting brighter and most of the screen starts turning white, except for some vertical lines.

I've tried to put it in rice but that's about the only thing I've done, it's been about a week now, and I'm just wondering if there's any hope for it or what else i could do, thanks!
