Q: Why does my finder icon have a yellow bar on the top half of it?

I noticed this today, I found a yellow bar on the top of my finder icon. I do not know if it is a warning or something else. I have googled it but it came up with other problems. Can someone please help me? (I run El Capitan 10.11.5)
