Unable to access iBook store

I am using iPhone 6+. It is updated to iOS 9.3.2.

I have recently noticed that I am unable to access the iBook bookstore. My books show up fine in the library. However, when I attempt to go to the store to look for new books, all I get is a white screen.

I have tried a reboot to my phone but that does not help.

What is my next step?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.2

I'd certainly want to be able to get some new books from the iBooks Store. There's a few things we can check.


If you haven't, let's force the iBooks app to close and re-open it: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then, since you've restarted the iPhone already, try opening the iBooks app on cellular data instead of a Wi-Fi network or vice versa if you've been accessing it on cellular.
