Connectivity Problems Polar H7

I use a Polar H7 Bluetooth monitor during my workouts. I have a problem where the watch always finds the H7 but sometimes won't connect-especially in the gym. It connects fine at home or out of the gym. Can anyone help it is very frustrating.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.2

Something at the gym is interfering with the connection you will have to find out what it is. It the meantime reset your Watch by holding down the Digital Crown and side button, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons. After doing this you may want to forget your previous pairing with the H7 and pair it again.

Apple advises that you should only force restart your watch (by holding both buttons down) as a last resort, if it is unresponsive - which does not apply in your case.


Although it may not help, you may wish to instead try restarting both your iPhone and your watch, turning both off together and then restarting your iPhone first.
