    You cannot transfer Personal Hotspot. Its not something you can move around.

     

    Personal Hotspot is the feature that allows you to share the cellular internet connection of one device over Wifi to other wifi enabled devices.

     

    What exactly are you attempting to accomplish?

     

    You can turn on Personal Hotspot on the iPad and have the iPad Pro use it.  Or if the iPad Pro is cellular, then you can turn it on on the iPad Pro and have other devices use its Personal Hotspot.

    Your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Are you asking how to transfer your cellular data service from one iPad to another? If so, it can be just as easy as swapping the SIM (if both iPads take the same size). If the SIMs are different sizes, contact your provider for a new one.
