Just upgraded to Apple tv 4.
Am trying to download the Slingtv and HBONow apps - which I had before on Apple tv 3 - but I keep receiving the following message:
Verification Required. Before you can make purchases, you must go the iTunes store on your computer and verify your payment information.
I re-entered my credit card info, etc on my iTunes account - and I still keep receiving this message.
I downloaded YouTube and Netflix without any issues.
Sling and HBO are free apps that I had before, so why is this happening?
How do I get them on my Apple tv 4?
I have spent three hours trying to get this to work - am very frustrated.
