Troubles turning wifi on?

Hello!

Today I realized that my Wifi on my iPhone does not work? It is faded out and I can not make it go on......

I tried restarting my iPhone and it did not work. So then I went into setting>general>reset>Rest network settings and its still not working....?

What should I do now?
