Q: The IP Address for my iCloud account is blocked
The IP address for my iCloud account is 210.50.217.228 - this address appears on three blacklists. When people send me emails (my mother in particular!) those messages sometimes get blocked and the sender gets an error message. How can I fix this?
Many thanks
Mike
PS: I've posted this under the category of iCloud on my Mac which is where the majority of the issues seem to appear but I think they also appear on my iPhone 5S.

What makes you believe that is your iCloud IP address? What blacklists are you referring to? What is the error message these senders get?
Your iCloud account is not assigned it's own IP address. that IP address block appears to belong to Werribee Australia. Is that where you live? Your ISP may have assigned that IP address to your internet account with them.
Do you have a dedicated IP address with your ISP? You would normally pay extra for this and they would call it a static address.
When you access your iCloud account, you are accessing an Apple server which will have an IP address of its own, but that IP address will not be dedicated or assigned to you in any way.
I would suggest you contact your ISP with the error messages. i don't believe this is an iCloud issue.
