THat is something Apple should add. Android allows it, and it is nice for people who receive text messages to know a) who sent it, and b) how to get in touch bt telephone or otherwise....  I wonder why Apple does not include this helpful business feature?

If someone gets a message from you, they already know how to get in touch with you.

You can certainly create a signature and save it as a text shortcut. Settings>General>Keyboard>Text Replacements

Personally, I'd find getting text messages with a signature very annoying. It rather defeats the purpose of a short communication. If you want to send that much information, send an email.
