Q: y phone now always switch off after about 3-5 mins after i finish using it and press screen lock button

I got headache with my ip 6s. My phone now always switch off after about 3-5 mins after i finish using it and press screen lock button. And i cant get any calls from others when my phone being to in this case. More trouble , when i want to turn on my phone again to use i always must press home button and source button in time and wait 10mins, then i must slide to unlock instead of use my fingerprint. My phone is still in guarantee of apple but im from viet nam here doesnt have any officially apple center. I did hard reset and restore for my phone but the problem couldnt be fixed. I brought my phone to some phone center here to help but they just restored my phone. I was going to use my ip 5s again  but feel really disappointed. The temporary solution for me now is setting "no " in "auto lock screen" item but its just the temporary solution because it really wastes the battery and everyone can use my phone after because i cant turn off it anymore. I dont know if it is error of 9.3.2 or not but im in badly trouble now and cant do anything. I really need any support from you

    Hi Lua phan,

Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're having trouble with your iPhone powering off so you're not able to use it. I rely on my iPhone for everyday use and I would certainly want to make sure I was able to use my iPhone without any trouble.

You've already gone through some great steps in order to get this working. Just to confirm that what's happening isn't related to the software, I recommend that you backup your iPhone and then restore it and set it up as a new device and test it out. Backing up will ensure that you don't lose any data. You may also want to import any photos you've taken to your computer so they are safe. Once you backup you can restore it using iTunes on a computer. You'll need to set it up as new (without your backup-temporarily) to test it out. You can find the steps for backing up and restoring below:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If it's working normally without your backup, go ahead and restore your backup, then test it out.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

If it starts to give you trouble after restoring your backup, that would indicate an issue with your backup file that's getting restored to your device. You'd need to backup and restore your iPhone again and set it up as a new device. In this case you would be able to sign in to your iCloud account to retrieve any synced data like Contacts and calendars but you wouldn't want to restore your backup as it will also restore any corrupted files. You'll be able to download your past purchases using your Apple ID.

    Download your past purchases

    Cheers
