Q: Safari opens all websites 'broken' into simple-modules, all placed left: links and images all placed left on the screen

I had clicked on a special website 'dyson' ... -

and since then the graphic-designs of all websites appear dissolved (no design) and broken into pieces on the screen:

all links and images are shown left - one above the other on the screen.

 

I already refreshed the download of 'OS X El Capitan' 

and I also have installed new 'OS X El Capitan' from the new download - but this problem still remains !

 

How can I solve this problem?
