iOS9 update defect
I simply cannot get a wifi signal further than a metre away from the router. I have reset the network settings, changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and renewed the lease. Can anyone suggest another solution?

If you did and to rule out a software problem, try to set it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterwards and test the Wi-Fi network function.
