Q: Forgot my password apple id and mail

Hi,  anyone  know  how  to do this:  i got  an ipod  touch  5th gen  i created   and  apple  iD   with my yahoo mail   a few years  ago  well  now my yahoo mail has been suspended  By inactivity  (who  uses yahoo at this time) and   now  i forgot  my password   and  the security questions   and  my mail  is suspended,  how  can i change  the password  of my apple Id  because  now  i cant  sing  in  with my icloud  on other devices
