I am getting the airdrop sound notification but not the pop up screen. Anybody has a fix. iPhone 6plus with iOS 9.3.2

"Pop up screen"???

What does that mean? Control Center? The screen that appears when you attempt to transmit a specific piece of information?

OK, you are referring to this screen:

Read the AirDrop article I attached above carefully. It suggests remedies such as being sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on, and you are not using Personal Hotspot.

Yes that is the screen. I read the link carefully and treid it again today with my wife's Iphone but I am getting the sound but not the screen.
Any solutions?
