Thanks for asking your question here in the Apple Support Communities. I understand how important my music is for me all the time, so I understand the need to get this sorted out for you. Thankfully, there is an article that addresses the issue with downloads stalling on devices.
This is the article to go through for your exact issue. If an iTunes Store purchase unexpectedly stops downloading. There is an advanced section titled "Get more help" that goes over some information about the wireless network you are using, and if you use any third party virus protection or firewalls.
You may need to try this reset too: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network. Use the section titled 'Still can't connect?' and follow the steps to Reset Network Settings. This brings network settings back to the factory defaults. Then, you can try the download again.
Just to help clarify the type of network you need to be on, please ensure you are using an open wireless network like your home network. If you are connecting to a free wireless network like a school, work, or other business, the airport, a military base, or a hotspot type of a network, this will not work because these types of networks have high security and high traffic. They do not allow the necessary data back and forth causing issues exactly like the one you are currently experiencing. You can try downloading this over the cellular network by going to Settings > Wi-Fi, and turn W-Fi off. Then, try to download over the cellular network only.
Thanks again and have a great rest of your day.
