Q: Apple Watch counting exercise but not calories
Today I logged a 558 calorie workout, "Other", but the activity app only counts 473, which I believe I had before even starting the workout. I can still see the workout with 558 active calories under workout in the activity app on my phone and I got all the minutes, however the calories were counted under my daily total. Anyone have any idea why it isn't logging them or how to fix?

Hi
The following steps may help:
- Close all open apps on your iPhone, including the Activity app:
- On your iPhone: double-press the Home button, then swipe up on each of the app previews to close them.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - turn Fitness Tracking off (or turn it on, if it is currently turned off).
- Restart your iPhone and watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
- If you turned Fitness Tracking off in step 2, now return to the setting and re-enable it.
- If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
