Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you've been unable to send mail on your Mac. I surely understand the importance of being able to send emails. I am happy to get this resolved with you.
First make sure your have installed the latest Mac software updates. You can use the following link for assistance.
Update the software on your Mac
The Mail Connection Doctor can help explain why your mail isn't sending. To access the Mail Connection Doctor open the Mail app, then choose Window > Connection Doctor. The link below provides some additional information on the errors you might see.
