trying to download acorn app all i get is a white screen did download on ipad but cant get it to apple tv

Where does the white screen appear? When does it appear?
the whole tv screen when i try to download t can go to p revue or download i go to download
Have you tried restarting your Apple TV?
no how do you do that i was able to download other app after acorn
