Changed Apple ID without signing out of all iCloud services

I changed my Apple ID but forgot to sign out of all my iCloud services. Now iCloud is asking me for the password for the old email constantly. I no longer have access to that old email so I can't change my Apple ID back temporarily to sign out and sign back in again. What do I do?

What do you mean by "changed Apple ID"?

Did you change the email address associated with your current Apple ID, or create a new Apple ID and switched to it?
