Thanks for asking your question here in the Apple Support Communities. Looks like you are experiencing an issue with iTunes when you are attempting to quit it. From the picture, it looks like it will quit if you click the left button. I understand doing this every time is not the most favorable of situations. I am happy to offer a few things to check to see if you can resolve this issue.
I would first recommend that you check if there are any background processes can cause issues for other programs and processes in Windows. These conflicts can prevent applications such as iTunes and QuickTime Player from working correctly, opening, or even installing. You might be able to resolve these conflicts by disabling some items using the System Configuration Utility (MSCONFIG) in Windows.
If you still have issue, check this help article from Apple: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows. I understand it talks about launch or unexpected quit issues, but that article has quite a few great troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue for you. It then offers some different steps for you to check if the issue only happens in one user account, or is system-wide.
If you go through the entire article and still have issues, you may want to remove iTunes completely, restarting your computer, and then try reinstalling iTunes. You can use this help article: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later.
Thank you again for bringing up your question here in the Apple Support Communities. Have a great rest of you day.

I think I might know the issue. It all started when I downloaded an APP called Ringtones 500000+ Version 1.0. I am going to remove it off of iTunes and my phone and see if they may solve my issue. I will let you know
