Q: No support for my country

Hello , please help me, i already forgot my secrete question.

When i buy an itunes gift card and start make purchase, i got asked about my secrete questions. Then i try to memorise them by trying writing them. I got my account locked and i cant enter answers.

It says use rescue email . And i dont have a rescue email. I try to get the support but i found i cant get help from support because my country not listed in the support ... what should i do ?
