I have a new podcast and it has not updated since the first uploaded podcast, which was actually a test file. If I look in My Podcast, the most current episodes show up. I published my rss feed through Power Press and simply paste the media url address from my Libsyn server. My rss feed is: http://www.progressivepodclip.com/blog/feed/podcast/

There are two episodes in the feed you link to, and the latest was published only an hour or so ago so you wouldn't expect it to show in the Store yet - it usually takes 1-2 days for new episodes to appear.
However, the feed URL you give is not the one the Store is looking for. It's looking for a feed at
http://www.progressivepodclip.com/feed/podcast/
and there is no file at that address. Obviously you need to place your feed at the correct URL.
