i want to change my account to the U.S.A and all it said: " This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the Israeli Itunes store. You will be switched to that store". I read evrey article on Apple website and tried evreything and i could not manage to do this. HELP! ? 🙂

To have an account in the US Store you must be a legal resident of the US, provide a credit card issued by a bank in the US*, that has a verifiable billing address in the US.
*Or redeem a US iTunes Gift Card.
