Q: Restored my iPhone from iCloud and it's done but my music and videos are missing? Help!
I recently had to trade in my SE for another one because it would not charge. since it wouldn't charge and I didn't have access to wifi it didn't do its normal backup so Apple rep did it at the store with only 3-5% battery. I thought it would die during the process but when I got my new phone I was surprised to see it on the list. I restored from iCloud and it took a few days to restore all the apps. I've done numerous hard resets and although it says my restore is complete I'm missing all of my video/tv downloads as well as ALL of my music. I don't even see the cloud icon on my music to download it. Can someone help me?! Do I have to do a system restore w another backup? My comupter is hella old and iTunes is outdated by years so hooking up to a computer to restore isn't an option.
Thanks!
iPhone SE

Unfortunately, iCloud backups only include your pictures if:
Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (in ICLOUD) > [Your phone] (in BACKUPS)
and Photo Library (in BACKUP OPTIONS) is selected. Music is not backup in iCloud or iTunes:
About backups for iOS devices - Apple Support
However you can download your previous iTunes & App Store purchases:
Download your past purchases - Apple Supporthttps://support.apple.com/en-us/ht201267
or you can sync your music with iTunes (syncing your device with your computer isn't the same as making a backup) assuming you have your music stored in the iTunes Media Library.
