After Recent update 9.3.2 my Iphone 6 made hissing sounds and clients couldn't hear me, as well as the wifi was greyed out and wouldn't connect never would the bluetooth ... to top this the local Authorised Apple repair shop wants receipts for proof of purchase for warranty claim ... my iPhone 6 is just 13months old ... please help
If your Wi-Fi is grayed out please follow the steps here. It may be a hardware defect and yes, you would need proof of purchase for warranty claims.

TThank you for your prompt reply but I have done that as well as a factory reset and still no change ... I thought the imei was able to confirm warranty validation?
