Q: Macbook pro media keys not working in windows 10 (F1-F12)
My media keys (F1-F12) that help lower the screen and keyboard brightness as well as the volume keys are not working in windows 10.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Its my understanding you've bene experiencing issues with the keyboard when using Windows on your MacBook Pro. I know how important it is to be able to use all keys and have your keyboard work as expected. I am happy to help get this resolved with you.
If your keyboard works when started in OS X but you not in Windows the next step would be to try reinstalling Windows support software from Boot Camp Assistant. Please follow the steps in the link below:
