Q: I'm trying to delete my card information from my account because I can't download or update apps with that card on it. So I follow the directions show on the apple support website to delete it but where it says to click "none" for no card, it's not t
when I try to update my apps or download a new one it tells me to update my card information. So I did it and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking maybe because I don't have any money in my account right Now. So I tried to just choose the option where you have no debit or credit card linked to your account and the option of "none" is not there!? Like why me!! I attatched a screenshot so you can see what I mean....
Ugh.
