How to delete unusual apps from my apple id

I don't know what you mean by unusual apps, but you can not remove apps from your purchase history at all. All purchases are forever tied to your Apple ID and can not be deleted. You can hide and unhide purchases.

If you want to delete unused third party apps, hold down on the app icon until it wiggles then tap the X on the corner of the icon. Tap the home button when you are done. You can also go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Storage>Manage Storage. Let the list of apps load. Tap on the one that you want to delete and delete it in the next screen.

You can not delete the preinstalled apps.

If you're having trouble with apps bought on one device appearing on your iPad, go to Settings>iTunes and turn off automatic download of apps.
