Q: Where is the "Update iTunes Match" menu item?

I'm on iTunes 12.4 (Mac) and the "Update iTunes Match" menu item has disappeared from this version. The music library on my Macbook Pro is not syncing to the cloud to be available on my iPhone even though both are signed into the same account and my Match subscription is current/paid.

Thanks, Apple, for making things harder than they need to be by taking away the menu option to force a sync

Now how do I do just that…force my laptop to update Match?
