How to relink project files in FCPX 10.2.3

Having trouble relinking some of the files from projects when I updated to the current version of FCPX.

For some reason I can't get any of the individual media to drop down under the project like in this guys youtube tutorial.

If i could see the clips within the project I could create a new library and relink the files that way, which worked for this guy.

Also Final Cut automatically synced all my events and projects according to what drive they were originally saved on. The project here I want relinked didn't even have an event. Not all of the events are in my library.
