My Safari bookmarks are blank

My bookmarks are blank, and not in the sense that they disappeared. The number of bookmarks/folders is correct, but they're just blank with no name, and when I try to click on the blank bookmarks, it brings me back to whatever page I'm surfing on Safari. I know that the bookmarks haven't disappeared, because one of the folders works perfectly. Also, when I connect to my iCloud account on my mac & ipad, the bookmarks sync perfectly over. Any ideas? It's getting really annoying and I've done everything short of deleting all iCloud data off my phone.
