Q: Macbook pro startup and repair issue
My macbook pro 8,1 late 2011 was working fine till yesterday.

issue, 1 - it takes approx 20 mins to start which goes like this

then this happens

and then it gets stuck on this, the white dot is the cursor

On recovery mode it gets stuck to the progress bar at 55-60 %
It doesnt boot in Apple diagnostics mode AHT.
It does boot up fine in WINDOWS 10. except that the audio driver shows not working.
SAFE MODE BOOTS UP PERFECTLY IN MAC OSX AS WELL
On trying to reinstall mac osx this is the error i get

Yu symptoms indicate the HD is dying, including the Recovery partition but not the Windows partiton
To run AHT you one of the original disks that came with the Mac and yo have to boot from that disk.
- Your Mac has Internet Recovery if the EFI was updated to add it
Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery - Apple Support
You may be able to force your Mac to boot into Internet Recovery by holding down Command+Option+R at startup.
